Do you have to Bring a Gift to Every Graduation Party you Attend?

Graduates get graduation party invitations from lots of friends and they love to hop from one party to another. Do they have to take a gift to every party they attend?

In general, the answer is no. Graduation gifts are not mandatory and most kids are just thrilled their friends came to their party. Your "presence" at a graduation party is often "present" enough.

A nice touch would be to write a personal message inside a greeting card and sign it from the graduate alone or the graduate and his family. If your child is graduating, why not buy a bunch of cards and that way, you will have one on hand when the need arises.
